Learn to Cross Country Ski !
Now that the holidays have passed, we are waiting for snow before scheduling a refresher school. Please send me an email to develop a list of interest in (Classic XC ski) orientation/training with Darrell Bothum, a long time Rochester High School XC Ski coach. I’m thinking we would review basic exercise and equipment preparation, some coaching on technique and develop your “Love of the sport”!
I just put it down for the 18th of Jan, as a stub for the event, so we could send the event notification out for all, but this could change, based on snow conditions.
If you are interested, let me know, so we have a list of people that we can contact once conditions look good.
