Traverski 50th Reunion:Pig Roast Picnic Party:July 16th 2022
This 50th reunion picnic is open to all past former members, so we would like to get the word out. We have sent emails to former members going back to 2007, but about 25% are no longer working.
If anyone knows of past members that they have kept in touch with and think they might want to attend this 50th reunion, please feel free to loop them in.
Cost. We are going to fund this Traverski event with donations, look for the 'Pig' basket!
Counting Heads. While we are not going to require people to sign up and pay, it would be nice to get a headcount of interested people, so we can be better prepared for certain items, like the pig size.
When. We are going to plan on the Pig being done at 3 PM.
We are planning on running this like a typical Traverski picnic weekend event with people bringing pot luck food & games, and BYOB.
If you think you are going, let me know and I will loop you into the Google open docs 50th Pig Roast spreadsheet list, and then you can see who else is attending and other details.
And if you have an idea as to what you might bring, you can ping me about it and I will also add it to the spreadsheet list.
Who is coming ? We will have 4 of the first 5 Presidents, and the 2 founding members, John and Barb, who started the club, so come and hear their stories, and see some Traverski memorabilia, slides from the 1970s, and club movies.
