Social Hour & General Meeting 7/02 At Cooke Park ,
Recently the executive committee decided to resume outdoor meetings beginning in July. This was a deliberate action based on state and federal guidance, and as an organization we are accountable first and foremost to each other. The outdoor gathering ground rules we drafted are:
• A limit of 25 participants per governor’s order.
• Similarly, social distancing of six feet with which we’re all familiar is likewise a legal compliance matter.
• Masks are optional. Masks are generally not worn for outdoor venues, but if the spirit moves you, please do so.
• We’ll forego third Thursday cookouts and won’t share food.
• If someone is determined COVID-19 positive after a gathering, we’ll notify other attendees and maintain anonymity unless consent is given.
