The second happy hour will be on Tuesday, February 20th at 5pm at Pappy’s Place (1635 US-52, Rochester, MN 55901). They have their Tuesday Taco Bar which is an endless taco bar-hard and soft shell’s, seasoned beef, chicken, Spanish rice, refried beans, tortilla chips, salsa and all the fixings for $9.99 until 8pm. Reservations will be under the name ‘Traverski’.
